Distribution to Shareholders
Cerdia is pleased to announce the successful distribution of $100 million to its shareholders at the end of May 2024. The distribution is backed by a robust financial position, evidenced by a Consolidated Total Debt Ratio of less than 2.50x as of and for the twelve months ended March 31, 2024. The distribution was carried out in compliance with the applicable covenants (including under the Notes), and other applicable corporate and legal requirements.
