Our Sustainability Approach

Corporate Responsibility

As an integral part of Cerdia’s strategy, Corporate Responsibility is closely linked to our day-to-day actions.

Our approach is based on an ambitious framework for responsible corporate actions.

This integrates social and environmental concerns in business operations and interactions with our stakeholders.

Our ESG framework enables our leaders to define specific actions and clear responsibilities for continuous improvements of our sustainability processes.

Following the fundamental principle and standards of ESG - Environment, Social and Governance - we focus on three aspects of sustainability, which translate into our target areas.

In 2020 Cerdia developed a comprehensive company strategy for profitable growth through 2030 and has put ESG at the heart of its strategy by making ESG one of 5 pillars and investing in the rolling out of the ESG strategy through a detailed roadmap. Cerdia’s ambition is to achieve best-in-industry EHS, Quality and ESG standards.

By embracing diverse perspectives and talents, we cultivate innovation and creativity, driving our company forward. We prioritize the health and safety of our employees, implementing robust occupational health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

  • Our commitment to ESG extends beyond our factory walls. We recognize the importance of actively engaging with the communities in which we operate, listening to their needs, and contributing to their sustainable development. Whether through educational initiatives, infrastructure projects, or partnerships with local organizations, we seek to empower communities and create lasting positive impact.

  • Transparency, integrity, and accountability are the cornerstones of our governance framework. We maintain rigorous standards of corporate governance, ensuring that our operations are conducted ethically and responsibly. Our management is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards, and we remain dedicated to fostering trust and confidence among our stakeholders.

  • As we look to the future, we recognize that the journey towards comprehensive ESG integration is ongoing. We are committed to continuously assessing and improving our performance across all ESG dimensions, striving to set new standards of excellence within our industry. By aligning our business practices with the principles of sustainability and responsibility, we aim to create long-term value for our stakeholders and to contribute to a more sustainable world.
